The Primary Industry Centre for Science Education (PICSE - Toowoomba) is a project jointly funded by the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Southern Queensland, the Federal Government and a number of local industries.
The overarching aim of the PICSE is to promote science, science education pathways, science careers and science-based industries and research to students and teachers in Toowoomba and Regional schools and colleges. PICSE Qld operates from USQ Toowoomab Campus.
As much as possible, the Project aims to provide student experiences that create an awareness of potential tertiary pathways and the scientific careers available within the region.
