The 5 day Year 11 & 12 camp is part of the Industry Placement Scholarship program. Students take part in a five day camp based for the first three days in the Riverland and the rest in Adelaide.

The camp in 2011 was held from November 28th to December 2nd . On the camp students did activities in the Riverland including
- A walk at Calperum Station to observe areas recently flooded
- A tour of a citrus packing shed
- Observing irrigation systems in citrus orchards and the production of seedlings in the nursery at Agri-Exchange
- Monitoring grape vine diseases
- Looking at the production and life cycle of beneficial insects at Biological Services
- Touring an almond orchard to view the technology used
- Monitoring water quality and biological diversity at Banrock Station
The second part of the camp was in Adelaide and nearby areas where the students took part in
- Experiments in a winery laboratory
- A tour of a agronomy services facility
- A tour of the SARDI Food Science Centre
- A tour of the SA Water laboratories
- Experiments to study the behaviour of gases at Flinders University
