• Scholarship Camp

Spend 5 days with 25 other students from the region and learn about cutting edge science in the Primary Industries sector. The PICSE scholarship camp will run from the 28th of November to the 2nd of December in 2011. In the camp you will learn about many fascinating aspects of primary industries science and get the opportunity to participate in hands on science activities.

Work like a real research scientist in industry! For one week in December or January you have the opportunity to work alongside an industry scientist assisting in daily operations and finding solutions to complex problems associated with their work.

At the conclusion of the scholarship program you will be able to show your appreciation and share your research experiences with your colleagues by giving a short (3 minute) presentation. During this event you will be presented with your $300 scholarship payment. The Reporting Back Session will be held in February 2012 in Wagga.  Parents, friends, teachers and industry partners are welcome.
